Myrtle Beach Aquarium Photoshoot

Alyssa and Stevin met as servers while they both attended Appalachian State University. They got engaged at the Grand Canyon and wanted to celebrate their Engagement with some magnificent photos! They are such an awesome couple. They have a fabulous sense of humor and they definitely know how to have fun in the sun (see below for more details)…

We only had one hour before the Ripley’s Aquarium opened to the public. So we took advantage of that time we had, nailing some EPIC aquarium shots. Little did I know, there are endangered species living in the aquarium, so we could not use flash in certain areas (makes sense now). Some of my favorite photos from the aquarium are in the jellyfish room. So much color!! Red, orange, green…it’s so beautiful.

But, to make up for lost time that day, we scheduled another morning beach photoshoot the following day. Sand gets everywhere!! But this was awesome and they cozied up together right on the waters edge. Spent about an hour on the beach before the flocks of tourists started pouring in.

We decided to go to an oceanfront bar for lunch later. I’ll tell you what…we were not prepared for the disaster that awaited us from the sun! No sunscreen and no cover. The sun beat on us hard and we definitely felt it afterwards. Anyway, it was a blast and we got to play Top Golf together as well!! So happy for this couple. Love you guys!
